1. Reportable content
You may report course materials, uploaded images, AI-generated images, prompts made public, profile content or other material on LearnForgePlus that appears to infringe copyright or other rights, disclose private information unlawfully, or breach our AI Content & Safety Policy. Reports involving children, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery are handled as priority safety matters.
Content prohibited by this process includes any sexualised depiction of a person under 18, child sexual abuse material (including wholly synthetic or altered depictions), sexual violence, explicit pornographic imagery, and intimate or sexual deepfakes shared without the depicted person’s informed consent. Applicable legal definitions and reporting duties are determined by law.
2. Making a report
Send copyright and other rights complaints to [email protected]. For AI-generated sexual content, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or other urgent content-safety reports, contact [email protected]. Identify the relevant page, course, account or item URL; state the nature of the concern; give your contact details where you wish to receive a response; and provide sufficient context to locate the material. For a copyright allegation, identify the protected work and your authority to act for its rights holder.
Do not email, download, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Provide a page URL or other location identifier only. Suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse may be reported to the Australian eSafety Commissioner or the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation. Call emergency services where someone is in immediate danger.
3. Assessment and action
We may assess information supplied, request further details, temporarily restrict access, remove material, notify a relevant user, or take proportionate action in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law. Urgent safety reports may require immediate action without first contacting the affected account holder.
Where required or permitted, suspected serious unlawful content may be referred to an appropriate authority. We cannot promise that every report results in removal or specify a universal response time, and decisions may depend on the facts and legal context.
4. Response from an affected creator
A creator may respond to a restriction by emailing [email protected] and providing the course URL, the account concerned, relevant licences or permissions, and a concise explanation of why the content is lawful. We may maintain or change a restriction after considering the information available.
Where a statutory counter-notice or restoration procedure applies, any prescribed form, time limit and process must be followed. Informal emails under this page do not necessarily satisfy a formal statutory requirement.
5. Repeat or serious violations
Accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement or other unlawful activity may be restricted or closed where justified under the Terms of Use and applicable law. Any response should take account of the seriousness of the conduct, available evidence and competing rights.
6. Urgent circumstances and contact
If there is an immediate threat to personal safety, contact emergency services or an appropriate public authority. For non-urgent rights complaints, send details to [email protected] with “Content Takedown” in the email subject. Harmful-content and AI safety reports may be sent to [email protected]. Privacy access and correction requests should be sent to [email protected].
